Greetings from the Order and Ordinance. We move our more serious discussions back to general concepts with the Xyphoist Philosophy and in regards to the Caspierrian Xyphozon. Today we’ll field a question about realms and explain how realms are separated. We mention the two major realms of spiritual collection quite a bit, and sometimes touch on the smaller realms within them, but how exactly do they keep their spiritual flow separated? Let’s discuss.

We first start by going over the major sections of the Spiritual Spectrum itself: Xyzokizon, Xykopsysomi, Xyphojinami, and Gheisialez. These four sections make up all of known existence. Xyzokizon is the Sacred Realm and home to the Nine Lords of the Xyphokonic Order, and is located at the center of the Plane. Enveloping Xyzokizon, we have the two realms of spiritual collection—those being Xykopsysomi and Xyphojinami. Finally, at the outer edges of this is the region of Gheisialez, which is less of a realm and more of a boundary between existence and nonexistence and is often crumbling and disheveled.

The one major criteria that dictates how all of these regions remain separated is Cosmic Resonance. Simply put, the collective spiritual resonance of the beings who exist within each given realm create a “bubble” that radiates outward and forms the realm itself. As such, the Spiritual Resonance of the Lords essentially creates Xyzokizon—although the Sacred Realm’s boundaries are slightly more complex than just simple resonance. The resonance of all Spirits creates the boundaries of Xykopsysomi; the resonance of Mortals creates the boundaries of Xyphojinami. Finally, Gheisialez is simply the farthest reaches of those aforementioned realms where the resonance begins to taper off and fade into nonexistence and is distinct enough of a region that it has separation from the lack of resonance.

This also is true of all the subrealms within the major sections of the Plane. The Kingdom Realms within Xyzokizon are created partially by the resonance of each individual Lord along with other miraculous criteria that keeps them apart. Likewise, all the smaller realms that make of both Xykopsysomi and Xyphojinami are made of the resonances of the types of Spirits and Mortals who inhabit them respectively. So, for example, we Humans exist in the Realm of Nikconzin. Our human resonance creates the “bubble” that this realm is.

Natural Flow has set up these boundaries naturally as spiritual beings formed from Nature. This is also how Cosmic Flow works, as all beings and existence is made of spiritual particles, spirituality flows through all beings and all realms in a constant flow and cycle, keeping the Spectrum stable so long as great corruption doesn’t work to stop that flow and break it. Karseks are also capable of warping through these boundaries but will also cause fractures in the Cosmic walls by doing so.

So to sum up the answer: the spiritual resonances of spiritual beings—depending on their type—creates the boundaries of the various existential realms.
