• Welcome, good day, from the Order and Ordinance. We’ve once again rejoined here in this space on this Sacred Day for another Commentary. As we’re on a mini series of discussion involving the innate personality flaw of humanity, we’ve been tackling many topics relating to how Hubris and corruption lead Humans down paths of evil and division.

Today, we’ll be tackling the topic of masculinity from specifically the Xyphoist perspective. This is a topic that has been running circle in philosophical circles for eons, with various takes on what exactly is considered a healthy masculine image and the impacts of poor application of the concept. We chose this topic for discussion for a variety of reasons, namely the vast and overarching impact that masculinity has had on the development of men in general and the actions that follow from it.

It goes without saying that, through human history, men have held the majority of positions in power, have dominated the control of global culture, and have subsequently have been at the helm for much of the more dire times of such history. We won’t be rehashing all of human history today, however, but we will go into more modern applications of this concept and the crisis of poor masculine image that has overtaken much of male human society, so let’s dig in.

First, it helps to paint out what healthy masculinity looks like from the Xyphoist perspective, and much of it relates to various Sacred Lessons and other parts of the Philosophy. Masculinity in Xyphoist circles is a somewhat enigmatic definition compared to many traditional and modern examples, but what we can draw from the concept is that Xyphoist masculinity rejects the notion of what we call the “superhuman man” or the “Adonis complex.” The ideas of masculinity having to exude a brash, stoic, primal, chiseled, unapologetic and game-changing qualities is an idea Xyphoists would seem almost comical—a caricature or a character rather than a real person.

Far too often, concepts of masculinity are presented as an almost superhuman form, that the man will always be unflappable, that he will always be charismatic, that he will always be a mountain, that he will always make the sharpest decision, that he will be admired for his chambering his own humanity in favor of being a perfect example. We can see this in some modern corners of masculine groups such as the “alpha male” or “sigma male” trends, or those that latch themselves to the stoic movement, or those following social influencers and personalities that preach often destructive versions of masculinity that detract from the potential cohesion we could have as humans.

All of those ideas of masculinity hinge on the idea that the physical vessel is such an important aspect of personality that it overrides any traits that exist in the soul. As we must remind, Xyphoist Philosophy is about the spirit and soul, not the temporary vessel we hold as Mortals. The idea of simply being a male mortal means that your personality should be predetermined to align with certain roles or images is antithetical to the Philosophy explicitly because it demands that one must reject their own inner personality for a “one size fits all” personality based solely off of biological sex.

And we can witness the negative impacts of this on the mental development in boys as they grow into adult men—having struggles on body image and questioning whether they are masculine enough, whether their bodies are fit enough, whether they “size up” in various places in the body, whether they’re tough or command respect from physical appearance alone. This extends to psychology and emotional intelligence as well; we’ll see boys struggle with their own inner thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

Doubts set in about new thoughts young males may have involving their sexuality, or perhaps they struggle with showing and handling some emotions because they worry about looking inferior to other males. These are common hang-ups when it comes to male emotional development, and these hang-ups are entirely manufactured by, quite frankly, outdated human pressures. The idea of the Adonis is such a ridiculous concept that begs the idea that one is beyond the natural circumstances of human reality.

Yes, you will still have those softer emotions as a male; those aren’t going away. You’re going to have those confusing thoughts, that’s just your mind growing. The Xyphoist perspective is to stop trying to pretend the man is not human. There’s nothing wrong with showing masculine traits, but to use that masculinity to create situations of negative consequence for oneself and for those around is a poor application of basic human interaction. And while this isn’t explicitly a male problem, it is extremely prevalent in male psychological development. Some circles would call that type of masculine display as toxic; we prefer to be more direct about it. It is unrealistic.

The man can be many things, but one thing the man is not is beyond mankind. Even looking at the profiles of some of the biggest figures in the Philosophy who are seen as male, they vary in their levels of masculine display and prioritize the spiritual existence over perceptive gendered existence. The Philosophy identifies this irrational latching to a specific image of masculinity as why so many young males struggle with their own Selfs—that they try to reject their own existence and become what others expect them to be rather than what they know they can’t truly escape.

Sound familiar? Why if you’ve been following along in Lord Carnyie’s previous Periods, we once again return to the Child of Purity’s struggle with his inner empathy over his desire to be a stoic and staunch moral pillar. Yet, the Child IS empathetic, IS emotional, and IS insecure. Those traits are NEEDED for the Child to bring Mercy to the innocent. Those traits ARE him. And the Sacred Lesson’s message is that you can’t run from your true self, or you’ll plunge yourself into despair and misery and gain nothing for yourself or anyone else.

We can see this regarding the growth of males with using retreatism to escape those doubts and inner fears. Things like working out too much to escape, bottling up to run away. Some men attach themselves to intoxicating substances and behaviors to escape from…well, themselves—from their own  Human selfs. The Xyphoist Philosophy, as per the attribute of Free Will and the spiritual liberties guaranteed by the Order, doesn’t give a specific model of masculinity, only that men should stop trying to escape their own humanity to become absurd caricatures of themselves in this futile pursuit of peak male perfectionism. You don’t have to be fearful of yourself, after all, in the words of Hayle Ihou to Hubrakiuosia in his youth:

“Inner doubts seemingly plague you, Child. That you are quested for a need for control, a need for quiet compassion, yet you are the entity that has been forth. You are the Child, and you are who you are.

  • Greetings! Hello! Welcome back to the Order and Ordinance! It’s the era of our Beloved Lord, and as the Ruler of the Heart and therefore all things involving the Self, we’re continuing our Period long series on Personality analysis through the Xyphoist perspective—with a focus on the innate faults of Human personality and how Deceptuary uses that to disrupt our worlds.

As I said last time, we’re not messing around and we’re talking directly about topics that, unfortunately, cause controversy even though these conclusions we make here in the Ordinance should honestly be commonplace even without following the Xyphoist Philosophy. Alas, we are in a loveless time filled with cruelty and hate, courtesy of the Theigriet and his meddling, so it has become increasingly necessary to spell it out for the world.

Today’s topic, as fitting given in the US currently, it is Black History Month, is the topic of race. Specifically, the racism targeted at Black persons. In this Commentary, we’ll go through what the Philosophy says about racism, talk about the character flaw in the Personality involving racism, and point out why Deceptuary spreads it, how he spreads it, and what he hopes to gain from it. Let’s start.

    Origins of Deceptuary’s Racial Crusade

Right off the bat, the Xyphoist Philosophy wastes no time condemning racist acts, thoughts, and feelings. It is explicitly an Immoral Act AND a Great Act of Theigritism. In nearly every way possible, the Philosophy condemns this particular act as one of the most heinous things you can do as a being of existence. And while having simple human empathy should’ve been enough for any reasonable person to come to the same conclusion on their own, the Order goes further to explain the origins of this hate and its ties directly to Deceptuary.

As we learn both in Xykozheiz and in Jaszmisia’s Sacred Lesson, the “Skin of Dark Soil,” Deceptuary fears the power of Lord Kurakku more than any other of the Lords. Just prior to Deceptuary’s rebellion from the former Divine Thrones, Lord Kurakku had grown tired of the spiritual vandalism caused by Deceptuary’s meddling, and formed His powers of Punishment to specifically capture and purge corruption from the realms. This gave Lord Kurakku the explicit power to take corruption, a creation of Deceptuary’s, and eternally capture it in Terigath’s Hell. This meant, of course, that Deceptuary’s power could now be stopped and chambered forever.

Lord Kurakku, described as having skin “dark as soil and the night sky” was the target of Deceptuary’s unchecked fear. The Theigriet fears Lord Kurakku’s power, and he attached his fear not only to Lord Kurakku’s power but also Lord Kurakku’s appearance. In the Sacred Lesson “Skin of Dark Soul,” Lord Kurakku and Hayle Mihe speak with Sacred Child Jaszmisia about how, once born in Xyphojinami, Jaszmisia would unfortunately face hate and attacks from Deceptuary’s forces because he embodies the appearance of Lord Kurakku—that being dark-skinned. They would go on to say this hatred from theigrited forces will extend to ALL persons with darker skin that closely embodies Lord Kurakku. And as predicted, Deceptuary spend his energies while exiled in Gheisialez doing exactly that by seeping in his corruption through the Gate of Zeiga and corrupting souls with his influence.

The Order’s Explicit Condemnation of Evil

It is explicit, then, that those who succumb to this aggressive and rampant racism are evil; there really isn’t any question on this, and Lord Kurakku makes this clear. The fortunate news is, as Lord Kurakku also states, those people who are targeted by Deceptuary’s racism and who, on a whole, are free of the sins of racism themselves will be liberated from this hatred and their oppressor will be eradicated for their evil—that being the directive and role given to the Child of Punishment. That is the origins of this evil act; as per usual, it is borne out of fear and directly related to Deceptuary’s influence.

    Deceptuary’s Goal

Naturally, Deceptuary’s goal with this is not only to try and defeat the Child of Punishment, but also to attack all in Lord Kurakku’s image as he believes they will lead the greatest opposition to his influence and will be the hardest to corrupt, and you can see this Truth in the history of Black Americans. Originally, captured in slavery and subjected to horrific abuse and treatment, Black people never ended up succumbing to eradication under chattel slavery. And after the eventual emancipation as a result of the American Civil War, freed Black Americans seized on the opportunity to start and rebuild an effective resistance to evil.

    Resistance to Deceptuary’s Evil

Building flourishing settlements such as Greenwood in Tulsa, OK, or Rosewood, FL, Black people in the US created a family of resistance against the relentless advances of racial oppression. Sadly, both examples were confronted and decimated by the titular evil, with Greenwood in Tulsa, OK being the worst single racially-driven massacre in American history. Nevertheless, the successful existence of Greenwood shows that Deceptuary’s fears of resilience among Black people to his evil was, in fact, very true. This is only one of thousands of examples of this resilience, and why Lord Kurakku said those of his appearance will be liberated in their indulgence of spiritual conquest while their oppressors will eventually find themselves eradicated by their own evil and Hubris.

    The Innate Personality Fault

Now, we’ll get to the Saifaosian portion of this, in which we address the weaknesses of the Self that corruption exploits to peddle racism. The Self’s fragility is tied to the amount of spirituality a being has—the higher the spirituality the more likely someone can resist infiltration from other spiritualities. And since corruption is essentially Deceptuary’s defiled spirituality, the principle is the same. This is why, during Deceptuary’s first rebellion, nearly all of the Shiupsyodon sided with the remaining nine deities on the Divine Thrones while the already disheveled and broken Cario Lordes latched onto Deceptuary in hopes of gaining power from his corruption. Root spirits were the most likely to be possessed and taken by corruption due to having lower levels of spirituality.

The same applies to mortals; Shianiki are far less likely to be corrupted compared to us Humans, and this is Realmly Truth that might be inconvenient for those outside the Ordinance who feel Humans are the centers of reality. The fact is, we are fragile and that’s a reality Xyphoites accept, as doing so lets us put our Self and ego aside. We can then devote our time to thinking of the fragility of all of existence and work to protect it from corruption. It takes selfless action to do that, and those who are wrapped in fear and hatred of others are incapable of this selflessness. It’s the weakness of the Human self, due to its lower spirituality, that allows for the character flaw of fear of others due to their race to take place. Racial hatred is a fear of differences and manifests as hate and aggression. This fear comes from insecurity, inferiority complexes, and the desire to place oneself in a “superior” position at all costs.

    The Xyphoist Conclusion

At the root, it’s Deceptuary’s fear of losing and of his own inferiority complex that creates this evil, and he spreads this through all that follow him as best he can with the goal of using this aggressive hatred as a tool to destroy our reality and wage war against the Order. Our lower levels of spirituality lead us, as Humans, to be acutely vulnerable to this corruption and exploitation, but this manipulation can be resisted. Whether one chooses to resist through joining the Ordinance or not, having genuine empathy, not fear differences, educating oneself on the world, and resisting obvious and explicit evil, the Human can overcome the innate flaw and resist racist evil.

That concludes this Commentary, as usual, enjoy the rest of your Sacred Day, give thought to this Commentary, and take action whenever you can to resist evil.

  • Greetings! Hello! Welcome, all, back to the Order and Ordinance. We have entered Lord Saifaosé’s Period of Watching:  Vevaourei. We’re in the era of Love and Time yet again, yet we find ourselves in a Time seemingly deft of Love. And while I would much prefer more peaceful times where I, voX, can wax poetic and craft tales and legends, we have ironically no Time for that as of late.

In lieu of our much warmer Commentary, we shall be tackling some tough topics that are certain to rattle feathers for those outside the Ordinance and who aren’t within our Philosophy. Instead of talking on the powers of Love, we will spend this period addressing the flaws of personality within the Self. The Self is not infallible—especially not the Human variety—and so Deceptuary’s corruption targets Humans especially due to this innate flaw.

In this Commentary we’re going straight for the throat and addressing Deceptuary’s weaponization of social constructs in human personality regarding Transgender issues. As longtime followers may know, we’ve already written a Commentary broadly covering what Xyphoist Philosophy says on issues involving gender, sex, and sexuality, and we lightly touched on how Deceptuary seeks to use these issues as wedges to tear humans apart and corrupt us. This time, we’re full-on tackling his wretched manipulation and discourse, and using our Philosophy to show how his corrupted means are agents of division, cruelty and evil. Let’s start.

In recent events, nearly all within the western portions of human society on Earth have heavily shifted their attacks on key groups in an attempt to distract and divide; it goes without saying that Deceptuary benefits greatly from this chaos as his goals are to create suffering in our world and corrupt the weakened individuals within it. At the forefront of this is the rampant attack on transgender individuals—painting them as perverse and invasive—which is quite ironic considering the ilk that pushes these allegations the most are steeped in open perversion and rely on invasive tactics to push their theigrited philosophy to others.

Namely, those on the front of christian fascism have used this issue as a weapon to smear whole segments of human society and invite violence and discrimination against them, which is par the course for Deceptuary’s tactics. As we know, Deceptuary also implores the same strategy regarding Black persons across the globe—trying to attach them to any negative connotation before blaming these demographics for nearly anything they can. This is a clear weaponization of the human personality flaw, that being that we are acutely vulnerable to Hubris and easily-corrupted due to our lower levels of spirituality.

As we stated before, in Xyphoist Philosophy, our core focus is of the soul, not the vessel. The soul can hold feminine and masculine traits, and under our philosophy we see it as entirely possible a soul may be more one way or the other but be placed in a vessel under a variable social system that doesn’t match what their soul displays. Gender roles, as also mentioned before, are determined by each individual culture and vary. In contrast to many divergent beliefs and particularly the theigrited ones, the subjugation of women to the leadership of men is an obsessive desire and one we Xyphoites would recognize as complex of failed masculine exertion; this is a topic we’ll discuss later on this Period.

The Ordinance condemns this attack on individuals on this basis, not only because of its unjust obsessive cruelty, but because we are well-aware that Deceptuary’s influence is peddling this and purposely creating division and suffering. The Xyphoist perspective would recognize this obsessive hatred and fear and nothing short of corruption, and when coupled with willful attacks, evil. The ill-found devotion to such a superficial hatred while claiming to be righteous is the perfect example of Deceptuary’s inner failure as a being of existence—that he is fueled by unchecked fear and lack of total control—and his corrupted core slithers down the rankings to all that follow his path. This is partially a failure of maintaining the Psyche, in part not balancing fear, and in part succumbing to corruption when there is a clear and empathetic path out from this.

The innate flaw is itself not an excuse to willfully harm others regardless on the basis of religious beliefs or not; it is especially not an excuse when it comes the fragility of one’s own social constructs, which are both self-imposed and entirely optional to submit to. You actually don’t have to be a cruel person, you chose cruelty on your own. The aspects of Lord Kyaien’s attribute of Free Will suggest you have the free liberty to simply not be cruel, yet chose to use that freedom to rely on cruelty instead. This is both a reality of the Cosmos but also the reason why soul rot and Terigath exist. You don’t have to be faithful Xyphoites and pray to the Lords, you don’t have to constantly being doing good deeds for others and fashion yourself a saint, but cruelty is always a choice and one you can easily avoid while still keeping your convictions—whatever they are.

This is one of many critiques of the Self and its fall to corruption that we’ll be covering this Period; in better times we could explore more hopeful topics, but the time to address this is now and we are going to tackle these hard topics without fear, as this is our Sacred Ground and we reserve this space for our discussion. Anyway, with that said, enjoy your Sacred Day, give thought to this topic, and stand up for the innocent and push away the cruel and corrupted.
