Hello! Greetings again from the Order and Ordinance! Welcome back to the glorious Period of Watching under Her Majesty, Lord Kyaien.  As we round down to the final Period for this Xyphojinamic Calendar, we’re going to spend this entire Period highlighting the power of the Joy of Life and how joy can be used to defeat Deceptuary’s evil and to breath life full of meaning. I hope throughout this Maiye, that we can lay out a plan and party for the glorious light of joy. We’ll spend the later Commentaries worrying about how we can use joy to defeat evil and hatred, but for now let’s briefly go over HOW the power of joy works in conjunction with the attributes of Life and Free Will. Let’s get started!

Let’s start with the invocation of our cherished Sacred Child’s hymn in the start of this Commentary. The wondrous anthem of Zinigeosia, the precious and beloved babe of Her Majesty and the symbol of pure glorious joy and light. The anthem and the infectious cheeriness of Zinigeosia could make even the most despondent and hopeless of souls take a second look at their perspective of Life.

Upon his creation in Xyzokizon, spirit-kind was in jubilee, Her Majesty beaming with glowing pride, and Hayle Giheo given the honor to first hold the Golden Child in the radiance of the Lord’s Light. Having taken place in the time after the fall of the Divine Thrones and just after the creation of the first three Sacred Children, spirits at the time were reeling from a rebellion of one of the 10 deities and the destruction left from it needing rebuilding, and so to feel a beaming fresh energy of Golden Light shine across the realms from the creation of Zinigeosia—with the angels singing the anthem of the Golden Child—was a shining sun of new hope across all of existence.

Zinigeosia’s birth as a mortal Shianiki in Xyphojinami likewise brought a light of creation and hope to an infantile and developing new world, and with him came the power of Life and Free Will that would be gifted to all mortals that followed the nine Sacred Children.

This joy is not isolated either; the power of the Lord’s creation is both a Heavenly Life Force and a Shared Living Will. The anthem invites us to hold the Golden Child and praise both him and the Life he represents. The order invites all to see this glorious Gift of Life and the Free Will that comes with it. And so, as we highlight the raw and initial power of Life’s joy, we can see that it is a bright light that shines out suffering and creates paths for us to follow.

We can probably already ascertain how this powerful radiance will be used to outshine whatever despair that Deceptuary wishes to spread. In a world with such a powerful force like Joy, the forces that seek to usurp it will always fizzle out. There is no power more exhausting to despair and corruption than the inability to penetrate and disrupt the Joy of Life; and that reflects Deceptuary’s direct frustration with going up against the Greater Will of the Lords: Love. 

The celebration will never be ruined by the souring corruption of evil so long as joy is the key focus and not on the vampiric suction of it by forces of despair. The Golden Light of the Lord of Life will always shine on those that seek to spread joy, and that power cannot be used to harm. Golden Light is the most divine and ultimate of Charms, and that golden power embedded in both the Child and entrusted with Hayle Giheo will always be used to protect the joy that Life brings.

So we’ll keep this opening entry on the elegant and glorious Golden power of Joy and use it as a sun that will shine down on the rest of the Commentaries on how we can use this power to fight off corruption and evil’s malignant intentions.
