• Breathe,

    Nature’s Sacred Tree.

    We shall heed your dynasty.

    Allow us to breath.

Bear new fruit, stem adorned in thorns.

(Praise the Lord, Praise Her work, Old Sacred Tree)

Ancient roots, soil of true seeds.

    Let them lay and roost.

Her Fruit, Divine Child…nurtured so sweet.

Prick the thorn, but be warned of what Nkes shall teach.

Creating root, Destroying root, Reincarnated in sleep.

    Nature stirs and relieves.

Rebirth thy roots, regain youth and verdant green.

Praise the Child, Her Reincarnated Root.

Greetings, on this beautiful Sacred Day, from the Order and Ordinance. It’s a pleasure to introduce the start of Lord Nakndes’s Period of Watching for this year, Maiye. And with it I’d like settle the intense and rock-solid last few Commentaries with some topics that are a bit more fluid and calming in Nature. While we still remain in the Yrridthmas Echelon, I intend to use this Period to both give pertinent Commentaries about the case at hand but also to provide some more free-flowing and soothing discussions as well. For this first entry of the Period, I would like to cover a bit about a part of the Nakndsian Xyphozon we haven’t really explored all too much, and that’s the Nature of the Lord Herself, Lord Nakndes. We’ve talked fairly extensively of Her fruitful Child, and in relation, we have talked about Hayle Nkes and her warnings of Nature’s Wrath, but we’ve mostly avoided the vibes and aura of the Lord Herself. So let us talk about the curious, whimsical, but also rule-setting energy of Lord Nakndes and of Nature itself.

From the start of this discussion, we can informally refer to the Lord as “Mother Nature” naturally. Lord Nakndes is, in every sense of the word, the matriarch of Nature’s existence itself, and quite literally the Mother of Sacred Child Niinkisia, Child of Nature. We saw, once again, the Hymn attributed to Niinkisia as the opener to both this Period and to this Commentary. Just by going through the Hymn’s message and feeling, we can see references to the “Sacred Tree” of Nature, which can correlate to the ancient standing and authority of Lord Nakndes. In our melodic worship, we shall heed the dynasty of Nature by respecting the authority of the Lord, heeding the teachings of Hayle Nkes, and revering the wondrous and bountiful insight of the Niinkisia. The Hymn prays to the Lord to grant us the breath needed to Live, and we continue to praise the Lord’s work in crafting such a wonderful Natural Force for us to spawn in.

The Hymn is somewhat cryptic, flowing, calming, and serine—as if it were a breeze carrying us, the seeds of Natural Force, through the air awaiting our planting and growth from the rich soils given by the Lord. By understanding the Hymn from this perspective, we can take hints of the Lord’s disposition. She is calm, She has a sense of whimsy as She crafts Nature’s beauty, yet She is unrelenting and not be trifled with as Her forces of Nature hold the eternal power to eradicate all that seeks to conquer the Creating Force. We can take note, however, that the trifling forces of Nature seem to be mostly ponied off onto Nkes’s authority as Hayle, with the more ancient and absolute standing of Nature itself belonging to the Lord exclusively.

We can also make inferences of the whimsical Nature of the Lord through her beautiful Child, Niinkisia. When revisiting the Sacred Lesson pertaining to him, we see that Niinkisia is a soft-spoken and mellow being with outwardly dull eyes but an internal insight and perspective to see the true root of Nature. While bombarding Hayle Nkes with inquiries about Nature’s forces, we witness Niinkisia’s curiosity be tempered by divine insight. Finally, we witness the daring moment the Child pricks his own finger on the thorn of a flower in the eternal divine gardens of Evernleth to teach himself what the wrath of his own Mother’s Nature feels like—doing so to gain the insight to know when to intervene to protect Nature from the Hubris of mortalkind. Niinkisia otherwise keeps his whimsical, soft-hearted, and intuitive Nature and he and Nkes continue to frolic in the meadows of Evernleth, inspecting more of Lord Nakndes’s bountiful creations.

We may draw some inferences from that exchange as to the whimsical and beautiful sides of Lord Nakndes’s energy and influence. We can even see this in the beauty of our natural landscape itself. We witness the blooming of Spring blossoms, the greening of the verdant trees, plains, forests, and jungles. We witness the beauty of the flowers, and gorge in the warmth of the Sun’s rays. Through these very simple observations, we see the Lord’s whimsy and beauty through those works of Nature we often take for granted as simply parts of daily life. It is through these observations that we can gain a sense of gratefulness and appreciation for Nature itself, and seek to preserve these wonderful gifts from our own Hubris. In later entries, I would like to talk about how Nature itself is showing its wrath, but to understand the wrath of Nature, we must first bear witness to the grand beauty of Nature’s miraculous form, and give praise to the Lord’s work. She is the rule-make, and Her rules are not to be trifled with, but the Lord is one of whimsy and wonder—and we can appreciate the fruits of Her work and seek to protect those works as a Sacred duty.

Thank you for joining in on this Period’s opening discussion. We’ll use this Commentary as a reference once we begin talking about Nature’s wrath a bit more. For now, we should take these words into consideration and truly take a deep look at our surroundings today and reflect on how Life would be without such rich resources. I shall wish you a wonderful Sacred Day!

  • Greetings from the Order and Ordinance. This will be the final installment of this mini-series on avoiding the Innate Personality Flaw. To briefly recap, over this Period of Watching we went over how to avoid the IPF on a personal level, when dealing with others, and when coordinating as an organization. Today, we’ll wrap it all up by discussing how Xyphoites can avoid the IPF when dealing with direct criticisms to the Philosophy, adversity and discrimination against Xyphoites, and other obstacles or forms of opposition.

The first thing to remember is that, through the innate workings of the Order, opposition to the Philosophy is expected to take place. We talk quite regularly about concepts like Spiritual Liberties, Free Will, Divergency and the like, and we also mention how the Lords have shown to be beyond the need for praise or to respond to mockery petulantly, so we can immediately take upon Their example and conclude that we, as Xyphoites, should do the same. We’ve highlighted these types of topics in several older Commentaries regarding mockery or desecration before, so let’s reaffirm this tenet now.

Criticism is expected and part of Divergency, as the Order does not proselytize nor preach in accordance with not committing the Immoral Act that condemns those very actions. How one responds to such criticisms or critical review makes a difference, however. As many readers may have already noticed, we AHGs have tried our best to form these Xyphoist resources found on this website to both serve the Xyphoist community but to also be palpable to potential outside audiences such as potential future followers, researchers, or other curious people stumbling upon this website. While we often write highly-dense Commentaries that dive into the deepest parts of the Philosophy, we also pen several posts that break down the denser concepts into more simple terms. My peer Phox has extensively worked on making easy-to-grasp posts, explanatory essays, and of course, Q&As that answer big questions in concise answers.

This is intentionally done to make information more open for both curiosity but also for critical review; we personally believe in this Philosophy and also believe It can stand open to scrutiny. Our confidence in the Lords is absolute, and so we fear not any critical review that is genuine and constructive in nature, especially since such critical review helps spread the Philosophy without having to commit an Immoral Act to do so. We welcome those reviews, we welcome challenging questions, and we welcome criticism because it puts our faith to the test, makes us truly think deeply about the Lords’ message, and sharpens our resolve to find Realmly Truths.

Now, there will come criticism that is shallow or petulant in nature, namely from groups that have an interest in specifically taking down or attacking the Order itself; those will almost exclusively be from other religious philosophies that are either directly linked to Deceptuary or who go after any religious philosophy that isn’t adherent to their own. We expect and aren’t concerned with those attacks, as most are likely to be motivated by fear, Hubris, or otherwise petulant in nature, and this is especially true of those criticisms or attacks rely on any of the Philosophy’s Immoral Acts to do so. Invoking an opposing philosophy to try and criticize our Philosophy de-fangs the premise of the attack by relying on insular sources. That is, of course, the greatest weakness of proselytizing to be begin with; relying on internal gossip to attack outside sources who have not attacked first is exactly how Hubris of the IPF works. We are not to give much attention to such attacks as they will be a colossal waste of time, and this is especially true of critique from theigrited philosophies whose only goal is attacking the Order on behalf of Deceptuary.

Other criticisms will comes from communities that reject religiosity altogether and maintain an atheistic stance. Again, this is expected criticism and not to be of concern. I will reiterate on Spiritual Liberties, Free Will, not proselytizing, etc. Those Spiritual Liberties also guarantee that those that seek no faiths are free to do so without persecution or Divine Punishment as well, and engaging with arguments on the front of “this isn’t real, you believe in fiction” is still a colossal waste of time. Arguably, most of those arguments against theism in general were borne from the adversity caused by religious movements that fell to the IPF and committed heinous or otherwise unsavory acts in the name of their religions, and that isn’t exclusive to only theigrited philosophies as other divergent philosophies have done so as well. It’s explicitly for this reason that we’re even having this discussion on the IPF in the first place. The Ordinance, in accordance with the Lords’ Will and the Philosophy, seeks NOT to repeat those kinds of arrogant, dangerous, and harmful acts, which is why any Xyphoite who commits those acts is just as likely to face Divine Punishment as any non-Xyphoite would.

Regardless, the point to drive home is that when dealing with those types of targeted or adverse criticisms, we should mostly acknowledge that such critiques will happen and that they aren’t worth the effort to constantly bat about. Legitimate critical review is always welcome, but petulant attacks aren’t aimed to be constructive and aren’t a productive use of time to constantly argue about.

We then come to more serious forms of opposition, such as persecution, oppression, and physical or violent attacks. For these forms of adversity we have the Echelons of Action for. We are currently declared under Yrridthmas, the 3rd highest Echelon, which allows us to openly criticize the state of the corrupted world and take material humanitarian actions against Deceptuary’s corruption and to mitigate the suffering of the innocents. Below that, we have Hadradthmas and Endotithmas, which are much more peaceful and muted levels. Finally, we have Kurathmas, which is the highest Echelon and only invoked in cases of direct war declared against the Order as a last resort. Idealistically, we all in the Ordinance dream of returning to Hadradthmas, but the state of existence demands that we stay in an Echelon where we can materialistically impact existence.

And so, as we’re under Yrridthmas, the expected level of action includes lobbing our own criticisms at theigritry and defending the innocent through productive or fruitful means, doing extensive advocacy and charity/humanitarian work to mitigate the suffering caused by corruption, and seeking inner understanding and confidence to remain steadfast in conducting the other two actions.

However, it’s crucial not to fall into the IPF when doing so. When motivated by faith, self-righteous or extreme actions are always possible. We penned earlier Commentaries about extremism and self-righteousness as well, and those both reaffirm that the Philosophy explicitly negates those kinds of actions. We must avoid a “savior” complex and focus on simply making meaningful impacts without taking any kind of victory lap over them. Mitigating suffering is an existential threat not an advertisement opportunity, and that plays back into an earlier Commentary about using money as a source of anonymous power to help those who need it most. There is no room for greed in a world poisoned by corruption, and so excess wealth is to be used to lessen worldly suffering, not shield oneself from the images of it.

By reminding ourselves of humility, the example of the Lords, the acts of the Hayles, and the duty of the Sacred Children, we have numerous models to follow that all lead to the same destination: Maintaining the Equilibrium through mitigating worldly suffering. If I could, I’d like to invoke the image of Lord Carnyie, who willingly chains Himself to the abyss of frozen dark fog in Parrinze so that He may hear all of the cries from the innocent. He, the Lord of Purity, takes upon that sacrifice and grants His eternal mercy through His emissaries. We can learn from such great sacrifice, and while we’re not expected to chain ourselves to all pain as Lord Carnyie has done, we are expected, as Xyphoites, to adhere to the Greater Will of the Lords, which calls for service to the world. This is not a Philosophy for those seeking escape from woe, it is a Philosophy seeking the healing of the woes of the innocent. Only then shall Equilibrium be achieved.

We’ll wrap up this series there and move to the weekly reset. Remember that we live in a world of variety and a world of diversity. You shall face opposing forces, and you must understand when criticism is prudent and when it is prejudice and petulant. Take those constructive critiques to heart and seek the Philosophy’s lessons to find the Truth within, and dismiss petty attacks as the attacker has nothing to offer the world. We stand together for a greater good and a Greater Will, and we are just as valid as any other group. There will be setbacks and there will be persecution, but there NEVER will be defeat at the hands of true evil, as the old line goes: Theigrits will inevitably destroy upon themselves through their own Hubris. It is our job to let them fall into the pit they dug for us, return the Earth’s soil to the pit, and build a better world atop those ruin of war. Have a blessed rest of your Sacred Day.

  • Greetings from the Order and Ordinance. Before we begin, I would like to inform our readers that the Ordinance now has a questions section for all readers who are interested in asking us questions about the Xyphoist Philosophy. Now to today’s post.

Today, we’re going to continue talking about avoiding the Innate Personality Flaw, but this time we’re focusing on how the Xyphoist Community can work together to do this. We already talked about how to confront the IPF on a personal level and also how to approach it when dealing with others, but now we’re going to tackle how the entire community should conduct itself to avoid Hubris. This will include general community actions as well as laying out some of our private bylaws for how the Ordinance shall function now and into the future as things expand.

We’ll start with how we, as a community of Xyphoites, should conduct ourselves to both remain in accordance to the Philosophy and to avoid the IPF. Luckily, the two are inseparable, as the Philosophy is the antithesis to Hubris in the first place. When examining how other communities of thought have conducted themselves on a larger scale, we can witness many fatal flaws that led to calamity through Hubris. Taking the rapid and often violent expansions of theigrited philosophies on Earth, for example, what those philosophies gained in power was paid for in the bloodshed, land loss, oppression, and forced conversion of those that were conquered in the process. Now, in the view of those philosophies, they might conclude that those casualties and atrocities were simply “necessary evil” or unavoidable circumstances for some “greater good,” but the effects of that Hubris is explicit: mass suffering of the innocents affected.

The Philosophy identifies that as a clear case of large-scale IPF, where Hubris overrides empathy and leads whole movements to destroy, conquer, and erase existing civilizations in the name of their philosophy; the very act of doing so is considered evil in Xyphoist Philosophy, and the Order and Ordinance shall not conduct measures of imperialistic conquest. That isn’t to say that we remain defenseless in the face of such aggression, as is the purpose of the Echelons of Actions to begin with, but we shall not initiate any such crusades or conquests as an innate part of our Philosophy. Whether it be about Spiritual Liberties, Free Will, the Immoral Act of Proselytizing, the empathetic origins of Divine Love, and so many other tenets, the Philosophy is antithetical to such acts of initial aggression.

This means we as a community must discourage any desire to “have it all.”  The Order is not interested in total authoritarian control, nor should any follower desire to gluttonously or maliciously seek global power for the sake of having power. It may frustrate those that believe the Philosophy would best heal this world of corruption to see the intentional handicapping of our follower growth, but it is a part of the Philosophy itself to discourage things like trying to convert others to the Philosophy. Part of being a Xyphoite is accepting that most ancient of Truths: Spiritual Liberty flourishes because Hubris shall always fail upon itself. And so it is crucial that we put aside any desire or ego that pushes us to try and expand through conversion. The Ordinance shall expand naturally as people willingly discover upon our resources and efforts, understand them on their own terms, and take their own interest in joining.

We’ll move onto how the Xyphoist community shall conduct our Philosophy on a larger scale next. We mentioned before that we shall use a secular wing of the Ordinance called the Sacred Hill Project to conduct all of our humanitarian and advocacy efforts. This organization, while run on the basic tenets of the Philosophy that I shorthanded last Commentary, is entirely secular. This means the Sacred Hill Project is open to all people to join and work for, it shall serve a greater interest in societal healing, and tackles issues that effect large groups of people and not just those who are affiliated with the Order. There is no preaching, there will be no reference to the Order or any religious aspects, and the scope of the secular organization itself shall be narrowed to focus on issues that impact large amounts of people regardless of their status.

Therefore, it’s important to keep those efforts separate from the more theological aspects found on this site. Xyphoites involved in the Sacred Hill Project or just Xyphoites conducting various charitable actions in general, will do so with a secular cloak. There shall be no bragging that a good deed was done in the  name of the Lords, there shall only be empathy for others. Donations are quiet, anonymous if possible, actions are done through the human heart, not through the ego. We see suffering, we give what we can give, and we smile and walk away once done. That is how the Philosophy teaches this type of charitable actions, as we can see this often through the various tales of Hayle Ihou prior to becoming a Hayle.

Finally, I will briefly go over some internal bylaws of the Ordinance itself that also combat Hubris. While we have not fully finalized these bylaws, nor will I go through every single one in this post, there are a few previews I can give that relate to avoiding Hubris and the IPF. Right away, the fact that this Ordinance is run by a council of nine that avoid taking “prophet status” and erase our egos by foregoing our legal names for Ordinance tags instead, our intention with this was to prevent the Philosophy or Ordinance from being attributed to some great and powerful single “founder” or group that receives pompous fanfare every time they make any form of declaration. And while we’re not necessarily calling out other philosophies that have such charismatic if not a bit overblown leadership positions, it does stand to say that a lot of resources and time are devoted to the selection, anointment, and ceremony of those kinds of leaders over the greater good a group could be doing with that money and time instead.

We Arch-Hayle Grandurates are the executive council or the Ordinance, that is true, but we are simply nine individuals who spend time in closed doors finding each other and comparing our own notes, deciding that if no one else was going to start this prophetic Ordinance then it might as well be us since we appeared ready enough for it. We ask for no praise, we demand there be no fanfare or ceremony of our presence, we simply found this information compelling, believe in it with every cell in our body, and believe the time is now to put this Philosophy out into the modern world to help combat Deceptuary’s efforts.

Other bylaws also include any usage of funds the Ordinance shall receive in the future once our finances are stabilized and donations can be taken in. We primarily hope to create various funds that will give continuous donations to various causes, namely environmental causes, funding for various types of secular institutions that impact struggling communities, natural disaster relief, and the like. All of which is laid out in the Sacred Hill Project’s page on future projects we hope to conduct.

A smaller portion of those donations or an entirely separate fund shall go to finance the Ordinance administration itself, allowing us to establish a physical presence and maintain the books, so to speak. This will also include a definite cap on any compensation that we, the AHGs, shall make as executives of this Ordinance. Under the assumption that this Ordinance shall one day expand to such lengths that we are handling millions in funds for our various projects, the hard cap for executive compensation will always be at no more than the lower to middle class earning of the lowest income location of the country we are headquartered in—which roughly means we would never pay ourselves in compensation that would exceed about $65,000-$70,000 annually regardless of how much in an endowment that Ordinance accrues; this is comparable to the average salary of a standard Cardinal in the US. Idealistically, we would like at least 70%-75% of all funds taken in by the Ordinance to be devoted to the Sacred Hill Project, and aim to maintain a strict budget on the Ordinance itself to keep operating costs modest. Naturally, all donations to the Sacred Hill Project itself will be used exclusively for the Sacred Hill Project; this allows for those who aren’t Xyphoites to donate to a secular institution directly as opposed to donating to a religious one such as the Ordinance itself.

Religious practice is free, you don’t need excessive funds or a big fancy building to pray, and while the Prophecy does say we shall eventually build other smaller Houses of Worship and nine temples for the Xyphozons, that is considered the absolute LAST objective of the Ordinance once worldly suffering has been mitigated. It’s more of a passion project than a hardline objective, and something done with devotion rather than with priority. We can see all those measures mentioned above as ways to cut down on Hubris and overzealous behavior on a community level as the Ordinance and its followers move in this Cosmic Struggle. Our goals with this series are to avoid the Innate Personality Flaw altogether, and these measures are carefully thought out to make sure we keep to that goal.

Finally, we’ll do the weekly reset. Remember that community itself is a strength, but with combined strength comes combined integrity. We keep each other in check and don’t let our brethren get too bigheaded. When we stand together, we march together. If one of us stumbles, we all stumble. So keep your family upright, and they shall keep you upright. If you do trip, remember that you are human and we have 2 feet, not 20. Let yourself get up, accept help from the support around you, brush off, keep marching. That is strength in community, and community is family. With all that said, we’ll end it here for now. Have a good rest of your Sacred Day.
