Commentary 122: Elaborating on the Foreseeing Authority

Greetings from the Xyphokonic Order and Ordinance. I greet you all back to Lord Vuetenexzyei’s 2nd Period of Watching for this Xyphojinami Year. Once again we descend into topics revolving around Death. However, while we spend Juliar speaking of Death and its proximity to daily mortal life, today I shall offer a greater elaboration on Hayle Kizu’s Foreseeing Authority. It was brought to my attention through some of the questions fielded earlier in the year that there was a bit of confusion and inquiry regarding how Deaths are actually foreseen or determined, so please allow me to humbly offer additional explanation to this previous Commentary introducing the topic initially. Let us start.

I’ll start by briefly recounting what exactly the Foreseeing Authority is. The Foreseeing Authority is the ability to perceive how a being shall meet their eventual Spiritual End—whether they be a spirit or a soul. This power is given to Hayle Kizu, the highest Archangel of Lord Vuetenexzyei. And with this divine power bestowed upon Hayle Kizu, he can foresee, coordinate, and execute all Spiritual Ends for all beings of existence under the Lords via Lord Vuetenexzyei’s authority and domain.

From my understanding, the confusion to this ability involved whether Hayle Kizu chooses our deaths or knows the exact time, place, and way in which we shall die—leading to that event being predetermined. This confusion is understandable given the base explanation of the Foreseeing Authority. However, this authority is a bit more convoluted and easily misunderstood as Hayle Kizu choosing our deaths or ushering in a predetermined end that would effectively make Free Will meaningless.

To elaborate, Hayle Kizu’s divine ability is to see all possible Spiritual Ends for all beings under the Lords, and as that being goes about their existence, the decisions they make utilizing Lord Kyaien’s attribute of Free Will add or remove certain divergent paths to a Spiritual End until Kizu’s can foresee the exact set of circumstances that will lead to a specific Spiritual End and can dispatch Reaping Angels of Death accordingly to collect upon that spirit or soul. Essentially, one can see it as the ability to accurately narrow down infinite possibilities into a single point by witnessing the Free Will and decisions made by a person during their life. The intriguing part about this circumstance is, of course, this Foreseeing Authority relies on other parts of the Order and their various Xyphozons and attributes to function; the Order is a unified body of divine organs after all, and so it should be expected that various attributes rely on others.

How this is done, in the case of our mortality during life, is through the attributes of Free Will, Time, Natural Force, and sometimes Punishment depending; understandably, this means there is a large coalition of attributes from many Xyphozons that allow Hayle Kizu to act upon his Foreseeing Authority.

Let us offer an example of these attributes in motion: A human is gifted Life and Free Will by Lord Kyaien, and as we mentioned in this Commentary, currently the Kyaius and Nakndsian Xyphozons are acting in tandem to offer Divergency, the divine attribute that Deceptuary, when Arkellus, would have held. Through the combination of Life, Free Will, Natural Force, and Divergency, a human is allowed to make their own liberated decisions that shall reflect across the Cosmos. Those decisions reflecting across the Cosmos will change the divergent trajectory of one’s fate, and often times making dubious decisions may cause one to run into the various Punishing Curses placed by Lord Kurakku as we mentioned in just the previous Commentary. Regardless, the free decisions reflecting across the Cosmos affect the flow of one’s individual Time, and can often shorten or extend that finite lifespan. In the end, the combination of all of these attributes and decisions end up cutting off various possible outcomes for an individual until a single fate can be foreseen by Hayle Kizu, who then dispatches the Reaping Angels of Death to initiate and collect upon that soul and bring it to Desitun—enacting and finalizing a Death.

Essentially, for each decision we make using our Free Will, a myriad of potential final outcomes are either added or fall off until eventually, it is narrowed to a specific point that Kizu can act upon himself. If a person lives a life of malcontent or run into divine curses, it would swiftly cut off many outcomes as opposed to a being that does not. However, the important thing to understand about this Foreseeing Authority and why it is hard to explain is that this circumstance applies not just to each individual soul but to all souls existing in conjunction with each other. In other words, even if a human lives a life seemingly free of decisions that would hasten their Death, the decisions and movements of all other souls can affect and ultimately cut that human’s life short through their actions instead.

A good example would be a car crash caused only by 1 of the cars involved. In one car is a family of five, a loving set of parents, healthy and happy kids, and nothing within any of their lives that would suggest toying with the unwinnable game of Death. Yet, the second car’s driver has a lifelong struggle with alcohol addiction, which falls under the Immoral Act of Habitual Intoxication. The scenario proposed is that the alcoholic driver crashes directly into the family of five—with the situation ending fatally for any given number of people involved. The Foreseeing Authority would suggest, long before even the crash happened, the alcoholic tendencies of the individual in the second car would not only affect their deathly fate, but the fates of all that come into adjacency to that individual to. So, even though these two parties may have started off on different sides of the earth and have never once had an interaction upon until the fatal crash, the decision of one party to drive in one direction and the decision of the other party to drive in the other direction while intoxicated was enough of a Cosmic reflex that Hayle Kizu would be able to determine the Deaths of all those in those cars or narrow down all souls in conjunction to the intoxicated driver to having that Death as a possibility.

That is the power of the Foreseeing Authority, and as you can see, I previously gave a slimmed down explanation to avoid having to potentially worsen the confusion with this more elaborate explanation. I do hope and pray this is sufficient of an explanation to understand the sheer power of Foreseeing Death from a divine status, and it is clear that no human could ever be able to adequately run infinite and constantly changing possibilities of all beings of existence down to a single point. I question whether even advanced technology has the ability to calculate even at that volume, as it is assumed that the whole of all existence—both spirits and souls—is a number to unfathomably high that we, as humans, could not dream or hope of ever counting to or even envisioning the name of said number.

Yet, Hayle Kizu, through the Foreseeing Authority bestowed to him by Lord Vuetenexzyei, does so with ease and then coordinates those Spiritual Ends instantaneously at that via the Angels of Death. It is moments like this that we in the Ordinance marvel and sit in awe at the powers of divinity and of our Lords, and are reminded to humble ourselves and take great care of our individual tenure and actions—not just for ourselves, but for the lives of others that we affect through our actions.
